Writing updates

I have a short story entitled 'The European' featured in the forthcoming print anthology Love Hotel City.

Subtitled '12 vision of Japan', other contributors include Paul Ewen, Ken Hollings, Steven Wells, Lee Rurke, Steve Finbow and Richard Blandford.

It's out in April on Future Fiction. One description of it is "Fiction is documentary when narcotic visions supplant reality in the next Asian megacities."

Sounds good. It's available April 2009.

I also neglected to mention that I wrote a sizeable article about the New Wave Of Taxidermy in the modern art world. It's for Bizarre magazine and is on sale now. In the same issue I also interview the rather excellent East London gay oi! band Methodist Centre (pictured below). I recommend you check them out.

And I've written a piece about 30 years of Rough Trade Records for ShortList magazine. But I think that has been and gone.
